    Are the free dining plans offered all the time? We are planning to come in February of 2013 and I want to book my trip but don't see any offers. I'm a little nervous to book this soon.

    The free dining plans are offered frequently, and there is often speculation about when they will be offered. It seems that historically one is offered in the Fall.

    While it is not officially authorized by Disney, it does an excellent job of pulling together a comprehensive list of offers for the last several years.

    Free dining appears to have been offered in February only once: from 1/8/12 through 3/29/12.

    Since it was just this year, you can certainly take a chance on the idea that Disney will want to try it again just to confirm that it works -- or doesn't.

    And besides, you can always make changes up to 45 days out without incurring penalties. It's likely better to have your room reservations and dining reservations in pocket earlier rather than scramble to get them later.
