Hi Bonnie!

Currently, the free Disney Dining Plan promotion is available through March 2012. I'd keep checking back for an announcement about later dates in 2012 (if they are available). You can find information about special offers here.

PIN codes are made available at different times to different people. One thing that gets you on the 'list' is registering at www.disneyworld.com. Registering on that list does not guarantee that you will get a PIN. I've been registered here for years and have only very rarely received PIN codes. Make sure you order a free vacation planning DVD as well, so that you can start planning!
