    Hi! With the free Dining Plan offer, if we were to stay at a deluxe hotel, I believe you get the Dining Plan. Can we pay the difference and upgrade to the Deluxe plan?

    Hi Candi! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It is so great to hear from you again. 

    As a family that is always traveling with a strict budget in mind, I am always trying to find the best Special Offer to give us the best deal. Any time a Special Offer is available; there are a limited number of offers and rooms allocated for the deal. There are often stipulations associated with the offers as well such as minimum night’s stay or having to staying at a moderate or deluxe Resort hotel to take advantage of the Special Offer. 

    I know that for the most recent free dining offer, there is a minimum number of rooms available for this offer and there are certain dates that you must travel within. If you already have a Resort hotel reservation I would recommend contacting the Disney Reservation line. The Cast Member can see if your travel dates fall within the offers dates and if there is availability. If there is availability they will be able to help you to update your reservation.
