    Is there a free dining plan offer for Florida residents for Disney World

    Hi Bettye!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. As of now, there is no free dining plan being offered for Florida Residents or other Guests of Walt Disney World. My best advice would be to keep checking the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website for any announcements of dining-as well as other-offers in the future.
