    how do we get a Free dining PIN code?

    Great question!  These elusive PIN codes are certainly on the minds of many folks.  However, there is no rhyme or reason as to who gets them and who does not.  I would be in the category of "not".  Please read my response I had for another guest inquiring about the very same thing.
