Welcome to
planDisney David! We sure are glad you stopped by with your question about this great offer. After all, food is the most important part of my trip. Wait , other than the people I am visiting with of course. I just have to put that out there in case my wife is reading this response on the planDisney website. Better safe than sorry.
While I do love the macarons in the France Pavilion my family does come first, and feeding them is a huge part of our budget while on vacation at the
Walt Disney World Resort. That is why this offer is such a great one. When I chatted with a Cast Member they advised me that the free dining plan offer is for the length of your stay. It would not just be for one day. There are two different options for the dining plan, the free offer is the
Quick-Service Dining Plan. This gives you 2 quick-service meals, 1 snack or non-alcoholic beverage, and 1 resort refillable mug per person, per day. And that goes for everyone on your reservation. The second option is the
Disney Dining Plan which offers 1 table-service meal, 1 quick-service meal, 1 snack or no-alcoholic beverage, and 1 resort refillable mug per person, per day. This option has an additional fee for the upgrade.
During your summer visit guests staying inside the magic get another special offer already included in your package. On check-in day of your resort stay you and everyone in your reservation get a free visit to one of the Disney Water Parks.
Typhoon Lagoon or
Blizzard Beach are both amazing and during the summer it is a great way to cool off while your room is being prepared for you. These parks rotate with which one is open so please check before your visit. You don't even have to go to your room first, you can actually head straight to the water park. This gives you something to do before your check-in which is a great option that just started in 2025.
You still have some time before your trip, but if I were you I would start to think about those summer days. I am here in New Jersey as well and below freezing seems to be a recurring theme so far this winter.
Stay Warm,
Jeremy A.
