Do you still get in free the day of your birthday?

    Hi Cindy,

I'm afraid that promotion is over. The 2010 Promotion was Give a Day. Get a Disney Day which encouraged people to give a day of their time volunteering & giving back to their communities. The first one million people who registered online received a free 1-day, 1-park ticket to one of the theme parks at the WDW Resort or Disneyland upon completion of their day of service with a participating organization.

This promotion was overwhelmingly successful & Disney reached its goal in early March, 2010. Although the Give a Day. Get a Disney Day. program has now ended, Disney still encourages people to give back by locating & signing up for volunteer opportunities through the HandsOn Network.

The 2011 promotion is "Let the Memories Begin". Beginning Jan 2011, PhotoPass Photographers will be capturing pictures of Disney Guests with a memory in the making which may become a larger-than-life image during the Let the Memories Begin nighttime experience.

At WDW, the photos will be projected on the soaring spires of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. At Disneyland, the facade of "it's a small world" will be the canvas for the show.

This promotion also invites Disney Guests to upload their never-to-be-forgotten Disney photo & video memories at www.DisneyParks.com/Memories. Submissions may be selected to be used in Disney Parks television commercials, online campaigns & other advertising. Imagine being the star of a Disney commercial!

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
