Aloha, Garywaynette!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks so much for your great question.
Celebrating a birthday at the Happiest Place on Earth sounds practically perfect in every way!
While free admission on birthdays is no longer offered at the Disneyland Resort, there are still so many ways to make your daughter's special day unforgettable. First, I recommend stopping by City Hall in Disneyland Park to pick up a complimentary Birthday Button. When she wears this during her trip, she's sure to get wonderful birthday wishes from fellow Guests, Cast Members, and even some Characters!
If your daughter is between the ages of 3 and 12, she would absolutely adore a royal transformation at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Here little princesses and knights can get pixie-dusted accessories and makeovers to make them feel like they are living their very own fairy tale. To make an appointment, you can call the Disneyland Resort Style Line at (714) 781-7895 up to 60 days before arrival. Another wonderful birthday idea is to celebrate with a special meal. Kids just LOVE
Character Dining at the Disneyland Resort. These meals offer an array of tasty options as well as a chance to meet and mingle with a few of their favorite Disney pals. If your daughter loves Disney Princesses, you will definitely want to look into the new
Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures experience at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This is unlike anything ever offered at the Disneyland Resort. It's a truly unique dining and Character experience. Don't forget you can also add a custom Celebration Cake to any Table Service reservation when you call Disneyland Dining at (714) 781-3463. I love the unique flavors like "Dole Whip" and "Churro."
I hope this helps, and I wish you all a very merry un-birthday in the meantime!
