Hi Maria, thanks for coming to planDisney for help. I am so sorry to hear about this – I read your question and my heart hurts for you, as I can only imagine how stressful this is for you.
Maria, let’s do a couple of things. First, let’s confirm if you might already have a
reservation without realizing it (this has happened to some Guests who purchased tickets and selected dates, and didn’t realize they had made a reservation in the process.) Second, I am still seeing availability for July 16 for both parks, and though availability can change quickly, maybe you can still secure reservations if you don't have them - all hope may not be lost!
First, log in to your
Disneyland account on the website and go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. If you have reservations, they will show up on this page. Similarly, in the
Disneyland mobile app, you would see your reservations under Future Plans.
If you do NOT see reservations there, let’s walk through the process to make new reservations. On the Disneyland website, go back to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and click on the blue button labeled “Make Park Reservations.” See if you can select July 16 (like I said earlier, I still see it available, along with the days following.) I am sending you a pinch of pixie dust for good luck so you can secure these reservations!
One more thing I’ll mention.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they have a long shelf life. You would be able to use them in the future. I know that’s not ideal, given how far you have traveled. If you need to speak to someone live about your tickets and expiration dates and options, please feel free to
call Ticket Services – a friendly Cast Member there will guide you.
Maria, my fingers and toes are crossed – I really hope this works out for your family.
Wishing upon a star for you,
Kamini
