    Frazzled by resort choices. Need a resort that offers quick transportation to/from parks. Plan on at least 2 days (out of 6) at MK. Bus transporation with few stops would be fine. Any recommendations? (DS-7 has autism). Looking at Del or Mod resorts

    Hi Allison,

    If it works for you to stay at a deluxe resort, I'd highly recommend the Polynesian.  To get to the Magic Kingdom, you will be able to take a short boat ride or monorail over to the park.  

    Traveling to Epcot is also simple by walking over to the Ticket and Transportation Center to catch the monorail to Epcot.  

    The trips to Disney's Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom, however, would be by bus.  

    I don't want to leave out that taxis run throughout all of WDW.  If you are a pinch and don't want to wait for a bus, especially on the return home from parks in the evening when the buses can often be standing room only, you can easily take a cab which will travel quickly, too.
