Do you have to get FP to meet the characters. I know there is a special spot in Epcot to do this. I also have a Disney visa credit card and had read that I can get in to meet these characters and get a free 5x7 picture. Can you help me figure this all out?

    Welcome back, Michele!

The number one thing on my son's Epcot "must-do" list is to stop by the Epcot Character Spot to say hello to Mickey Mouse and his Pals. While a traditional standby queue is available, securing a FastPass+ for this Character experience will allow you to select a time that works for your family's schedule. My son likes using FastPass+ so he can meet his favorite Pals without having to experience a long wait time in the standby queue. You can also find other Characters in the park using the My Disney Experience mobile app.  On our last visit, using this tip, we were able to meet Chip and Dale just outside the Epcot Character Spot.

Since you are a Chase Disney Visa Cardholder, you will want to stop by Innoventions West in Future World for an exclusive Character Meet N’ Greet. Currently, the event is offered daily from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Cardholders receive a complimentary 5 x 7 photo from the event! From my experience, Character appearances vary from visit to visit. You never know what favorite Disney Characters will be waiting to meet you! To gain access to this event, just show your credit card to the posted Cast Member, who will be happy to assist you to the greeting area.

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question! I am sure you will have a magical time creating Character memories with your family!

    See ya real soon!
