This will be our fourth Disney World vacation, but it will be our first "celebration-vacation" (in honor of our daughter's 13th birthday). Although we want the focus to be on the birthday girl, how do we keep our youngest from feeling left out?

    Hi Rebecca!

My children actually did amazingly well with (just my) birthday being celebrated when went--they enjoyed the attention, and we also made sure to get them "I'm celebrating" buttons that indicated they were celebrating my birthday.  It also helped that I shared any little birthday surprises with them.  It also seemed that Cast Members pay extra special attention to my boys as well.

BUT...I'd sit down and ask your youngest what THEY want to do on the vacation and do a little special thing for them.  You don't mention if your youngest is a boy or a girl, but taking them to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, a Tea Party or The Pirates League could be a great, fun experience for them!

    Have a magical celebration!
