Fourteen of my family members will be traveling to WDW in April and staying in Fort Wilderness. We will not be doing everything together every day. I was wondering if there were any advantages to registering as a Grand Gathering.

Hi Jennifer! You can certainly make your Disney vacation extra magical by booking Disney's Grand Gathering Magical Experiences. These experiences will have your family enjoying some exclusive options, such as the Safari Celebration Dinner in Disney's Animal Kingdom, and the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception in Epcot. At least eight guests will need to participate in order to qualify for Grand Gathering Experiences. In addition, you will need to purchase park admission tickets to participate in these events. You can also add as many of the Grand Gathering experiences as you would like to your package. Groups can make resort reservations, dining reservations, schedule spa treatments, arrange for childcare, and order Grand Gathering T-Shirts in advance of arrival. The Grand Gatherings Travel team will help you with all the details of your group's Grand Gathering Experiences. A Grand Gatherings Travel Planner can be reached at 407-WDW-PLAN. Let me know if I may be of further assistance. Have a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
