We have a four year old and a two year old. Could you recommend a place to eat for a table service dinner at the Animal Kingdom lodge (either property)? Thank you

    Jambo, Christine!

What a wonderful place to sample the delicious flavors of Africa, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge!

We have two family-friendly favorites at AKL, one at each of the resorts. At Animal Kingdom Lodge-Jambo House, we love Boma, where the food is plentiful, varied, exotic yet kid-friendly. PLUS, it's a buffet, so there will be little waiting once your family has been seated in this great venue. With little ones, almost-instant gratification can make the difference between a great meal a great disaster, right? For that very reason, we select buffets when traveling in Walt Disney World with little ones in tow.

Over at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village, a family favorite is Sanaa. The menu is spectacular, yet also includes kid favorites, while the environment is really exciting, too. The savannah and all of its residents can be seen right from inside the restaurant! What's more, Guests can wander out to Savanna Overlook either while waiting to be seated or after your meal (or both!) to get a better view of the animals. If you choose Sanaa, I recommend that you order the Indian Bread Service for the table, which is very kid-friendly and will be served right away.

Send more questions as you think of them, Christine! We love to help!
