There are four of us staying at a Disney resort and I read where when you use your magic band for purchases, etc it is charged to your room. What if each of us want our charges to a specific and separate credit card?

    Hi Shirley! Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you have a fun group trip coming up! You will be SO happy that you chose to stay at one of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels. The Disney touches, smiling Cast Member faces, and special food items like Mickey-shaped waffles are all things that keep my family coming back every year.

You are correct that your MagicBand charges are linked to your Disney Resort hotel account, which is then charged to your credit card on file. But I have good news! If you want to have each MagicBand charge to a different credit card on the hotel account, stop by the Front Desk and ask a Cast Member to designate different credit cards for each MagicBand. Using MagicBands for purchases is super convenient and Disney has made it easy, even for separate parties that are on the same hotel account.

I hope this helps with your planning, Shirley! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
