Which of the four parks would be the best to take a 6yr old disabled child who can not go on any fast paced rides?

There are mild rides at all four of Disney's theme parks. In the situation you describe, I would focus on the Magic Kingdom. There are a number of gentle child-friendly rides there including: Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Small World, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Buzz Lightyear, and many others. The Magic Kingdom also has show-based attractions such as Mickey's Philharmagic, the Country Bear Jamboree, and the Carousel of Progress. In addition to rides, there are also parades, the castle stage show, fireworks, and character meals that appeal to most six year olds and do not involve any movement.

Additionally, you may find a Guest Assistance Card helpful. You can find out more information on Disney's website HERE. You can obtain this at the Guest Relations office at any of the theme parks. While a doctor's note is not required, it is sometimes helpful to the WDW cast members in determining what level of assistance you might need.

Another resource is a book called PassPorter's Open Mouse for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line. This sells for approximately $20 and is available through amazon.com and many larger bookstores. Open Mouse gives incredibly detailed information for Disney guests with any sort of challenge, from anxiety to allergies and everything in between. The information for guests with mobility issues is outstanding. They describe the seating configuration for each ride, the physical forces exerted upon the body, any wheelchair transfer requirements, etc. If you get this book before your trip, you'll be able get your plan together in advance of your arrival so you'll be completely prepared to have a great vacation.
