We got four magic bands, while trying to link to the right guest, I accidently linked two to the main holder. How can I change this?

Hey there, hi there, Cory! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your MagicBand+ question.

I was so excited for MagicBand+ to make its way to Disneyland Resort last fall. I hope you find them as helpful as I do when scanning into the park and your next Lightning Lane. Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear you had a bit of a hiccup linking and assigning your new MagicBand+ devices to your party. If you go into your Disneyland app and tap on the "MagicBand+" menu option, this should take you to a screen that shows you all of the MagicBand+ devices you have linked to your account. Find the one you want to remove from the Guest, which will take you to a screen to manage this MagicBand+. You have two options, the first is to select "Reassign" to remove it from the current ticket that you may have it linked to so that you can assign it to the correct ticket. There is also an "Unlink" option and this will remove it from the Disney account you currently have it assigned to. Hopefully, one of these options works for you and you are able to assign it to the correct Guest.

While you are on the screen for each MagicBand+ device you have linked notice that you can also manage the "Light Up Theme" for each band. My current favorite is Mickey Mouse for a colorful display.

The Disney100 Celebration is in full swing at the parks and recently it was announced that you can now interact with certain medallions and statues with your MagicBand+, so give it a try!

Cory, thanks again for stopping by! See you real soon!
