Ahoy there, Susan!
Welcome aboard
planDisney. It sounds like you have some valuable treasure that would make Captain Jack Sparrow jealous! There's nothing better than discovering you still have days remaining on a Walt Disney World theme park ticket. Let's talk about how you can use them on your next visit.
My husband and I also have some old non-expiration tickets we purchased over a decade ago when that add-on was still an option. He just used two days from his ticket this past summer. While newly purchased, date-based tickets no longer require
theme park reservations, older tickets do, so you must make reservations for your upcoming theme park days.
To make theme park reservations, first log into your My Disney account. Then, use the Tickets & Parks dropdown menu on the
Walt Disney World home page and select "Make Theme Park Reservations." Click on the blue button, "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations." Under "Guests with Tickets or Passes," on the next screen, choose "Make Theme Park Reservations." Next, you'll create your party and select the ticket each person will use during your trip. Finally, you'll choose the date and park you plan to visit.
I hope this is helpful and you have a fantastic time on your Walt Disney World adventure. As you
count down the days to magic,
follow us on Instagram and check out the latest from the
Disney Parks Blog. There's a lot of excitement on the horizon in 2025, and you don't want to miss anything! Thanks for sending your question to planDisney, and we look forward to welcoming you "home" soon.
Happy holidays,
Betsy
