Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Terrie. We're so glad you stopped by!
How very exciting to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a
preschooler in tow. One of the great things about the theme parks is that they're ALL appealing to small children. Magic Kingdom Park is an absolute must-do, but deciding which of the other three parks to visit is hard. Let's chat about each of them and hopefully that will help you choose!
Epcot is super fun for little ones. My kids have always especially loved The Seas with Nemo & Friends which features an attraction, Turtle Talk with Crush (a hysterical interactive experience), and a 5.7 million gallon aquarium! Kiddos also enjoy Frozen Ever After, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros, and Journey Into Imagination With Figment.
Disney's Hollywood Studios is THE place to be if your preschooler is a Disney Junior fan. Beloved characters like Vampirina and Doc McStuffins are available to meet in Animation Courtyard and the brand-new Disney Junior Dance Party! will open shortly before your visit. Your preschooler will also love playing in Andy's Backyard at Toy Story Land!
My kids LOVE Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Kilimanjaro Safaris is one of their very favorite attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort and they always insist on a visit to The Boneyard. With awesome entertainment like Festival of the Lion King and incredible animal encounters like UP! A Great Bird Adventure, little ones are sure to have a wild time at this park.
The
Preschool Parents' Guide is a fantastic resource. I hope you find it helpful as you're planning, Terrie. Thanks for stopping by!
