Hiya Cynthia,
Welcome to planDisney! Congratulations on your little Mouseketeer! My little Mouseketeers (two under three years old) have been to Disneyland and Walt Disney World so many times they are becoming pros at this point. I've also figured out all the best nap spots (I really liked the area between
"it's a small world" and
Mickey's Toontown) and eating a churro whilst pushing a stroller. I'm convinced there is nothing more magical than experiencing Disneyland through the eyes of your little ones.
Cynthia, while your baby will not need a theme park ticket to enter the theme parks, he will need to be counted as a guest in your dining reservations. So, since you mentioned that you will have four adults in your party, you must make reservations for five. For Fire Code purposes, all dining locations must have an accurate count of Guests in the restaurant at all times. You will not need to pay for him to eat, but add him when you make reservations.
I hope this was helpful, Cynthia. Before I let you go, if your Mouseketeer needs a break from the California sunshine, make sure to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers and indoor experiences such as my favorite, the
Enchanted Tiki Room. They are great for a break from the sun and can be a great place to decompress. If you need anything else, please come back and see us. We would be happy to help you have the most magical vacation possible.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
