i just found out today that i am pregnant. i think that i'm about 4 weeks or less. my family and i have a trip planned in november so at that point i will be about 4 months. do you have any tips for me, rides, food, anything? i have my whole itinerary done

    Hi Courtney!
Congratulations on your pregnancy! One of the best things about traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort is that it's designed for the entire family, including pregnant women. All of the theme parks have guidelines or warnings on attractions to let you know if riding is not recommended for expectant mothers. However, there are many attractions and lots of entertainment for you to enjoy with your family.
At 4 months pregnant, you might be comfortable enough to walk a lot, but try to schedule some rest time every few hours. Rest time can coincide with shows like Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage at Disney's Hollywood Studios or Mickey's PhilharMagic at Magic Kingdom. These are great shows that provide comfortable seating so you can rest and enjoy some fabulous entertainment at the same time.
Since there's a lot of walking around WDW, I would suggest you always have a water bottle handy so you're hydrated and keep some snacks with you for those occasions when eating time has to be postponed a little bit.
There are so many wonderful restaurants at WDW, eating for two will be no problem for you. You might want to make some Advanced Dining Reservations to schedule in some table service restaurants so you can eat some great food and rest a little bit while you're at it. And the most important advice I can give you is have lots and lots of FUN!
    Have a magical vacation!
