    I found out today that I can check in to my resort early. What are the benefits and downfalls to doing this?

    Hello, Amanda!

    Online Check-in is a way to begin your magical vacation before leaving your home! You can begin this process up to 60 days before your arrival, and it really can expedite your check-in process at the Front Desk. All the information that you would typically provide when you arrive, such as linking a credit card for charging or making a room request, can now be completed online at your convenience. 

    One of my favorite parts of using Online Check-in is that I no longer need to stop by the Front Desk to get my room number. I can select to receive text message updates that will let me know my room number and the approximate time it will be ready. Once I get the text message, I just head to my room! Keep in mind that there are times when the system may be down, and you may need to stop by the Front Desk to get your room information. However, since you provided all of the relevant information online, you should be on your way in a matter of minutes!
