Found out tickets are non-refundable after the fact but can I do anything with that credit? I don't live in California, this will be our first time but was wondering if I could use the credit towards purchases in the park?

Hello Janicey. Welcome to planDisney! We’re so glad you’ve stopped by with your questions for us.

I’m sorry to hear your plans to visit the Happiest Place on Earth have changed. Even though you’re unable to visit now, please rest assured that your tickets are still good at a later time. I’m assuming that you purchased your tickets recently (after the theme parks reopened due to the pandemic closure). If you purchased a one-day ticket, it is valid through December 30, 2022. If you have a multi-day ticket, it will expire within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. This gives you plenty of time to plan a later trip to the Disneyland Resort! Unfortunately, tickets cannot be credited for purchases in the parks. When you’re ready to make your theme park reservations, simply head to Disneyland.com and pick your new dates!

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
