Hi there, Janet, and welcome back to planDisney!
You may not be riding
Pirates of the Caribbean alongside Captain Jack Sparrow (right now), but you have certainly found a treasure. I am more than happy to help you find an answer to your question about your newly discovered theme park tickets.
There is most definitely a chance that your two theme park tickets still have value. If they were not used in their entirety and they haven’t expired yet, your quest for good news may end well. This is how you can look into the current value of your 1996 theme park tickets:
Option 1: You can email front-and-back photos of each ticket to Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. Include your full name, the purchase date, and other identifiable information in the body of the email. A Cast Member will reply within 14 business days.
Option 2: If you want a quicker response, call a Cast Member via the
“Existing Tickets” phone number. They may be able to lend you a hand over the phone.
Option 3: You can bring your physical tickets with you on your next vacation and visit one of the ticket windows or Guest Relations at the theme parks. Cast Members at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs can help you with figuring out the mystery as well.
Janet, I’m wishing on a start that your theme park tickets are more than a blast from the past and that you can use them on an upcoming vacation. If you have any additional questions, revisit us here at planDisney.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
