Ahoy there, Jazmine! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you sailed my way with your question about downloading your Disney Cruise Line photos from your recent voyage! Since it's very important to download your photos before the package expiration date (that's 45 days after the photo was taken) let's set a course to get them downloaded as soon as possible!!It sounds like you've been sailing in the right direction, but let's review just for good measure:
Now it looks like this is where your sheep hits some headwinds, so if you're not seeing the option to download, I'd suggest logging into the Disney Cruise Line website on a computer and trying the same process there. If successful, you should be able to email the photos to yourself and save them to your phone! It's a bit of a chore, but any sailor will tell you that to sail upwind, you've got to make a few maneuvers! If for some reason you continue to run into rough seas when following this course we've charted, I definitely suggest emailing photo team support before your photos expire. Oh, and one more planDrew-approved tip: if you plan on getting prints of the digital photos you download at your local photo center, remember to download the licensing agreement that will ensure you don't run into any issues on that end!Thank you so much for your question, Jazmine! If you ever have any other questions as you plan for your next Disney Cruise Line vacation - I hope you took advantage of the opportunity to book a placeholder - please drop another message in a bottle to us here at planDisney! Quick, before your photos sail away!
