How can I found out if i have flexibly booking?

Hi Bernardo, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you're planning to make magical memories at Walt Disney World Resort, and I'd be happy to help you figure out the booking you have made.

I see that visitors from the UK have the option to make payments over time on their Disney holidays. One way to see if you selected this option would be to go to "Manage My Booking" and type in your Booking Reference and surname. This will show you the remaining balance, and you can choose the amount to pay. Payments are flexible and interest-free with no fees. Just remember that all payments for flight-inclusive bookings are due in full at least 100 days before your departure date, or 56 days prior to departure for bookings without a flight.

If you're curious about the Terms and Conditions of your booking, you can download a copy by visiting the website and clicking the appropriate link. You can also call the freephone number listed there for assistance, or reach out to a Disney Expert via email.

Finally, you may find it helpful to look at the Frequently Asked Questions about bookings. There are many suggested resources and help contacts listed there. I see some questions there about flexibility with flights, travel dates, and amending an existing booking. You can also choose to visit the Help Center and reach out about your booking via phone or email.

I hope this helps you determine what kind of flexibility you have with your booking, Bernardo! Don't hesitate to reach out to us again here at planDisney if there are more questions we can help answer for you.

    Stay magical,
    Scott
