Hi Joseph, welcome to planDisney!
Experiencing the magic of Walt Disney World Resort with my grandparents was the
one little spark that ignited my lifelong love of immersive storytelling and innovative experiences. My definition of family and togetherness was formed on Main Street, U.S.A., and I'm thrilled a similarly defining moment may be in store for your grandchildren.
To enter a theme park these days, all Guests over the age of three must have valid admission, a
theme park reservation, and a
method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) linked to their My Disney Experience account or account profile. Some non-expiring tickets can be linked by entering the ticket ID number. When linking your tickets
online, scroll through the images of sample ticket types to see if anything looks familiar.
Tickets purchased before 2010 require Cast Member assistance to link them to your My Disney Experience account. A helpful Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, MagicBand+ number, (407) 939-4357, has the right kind of pixie dust needed to modernize the magic left in older tickets. Another option is to send an email to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with the
required images and information.
Walt Disney World Resort is committed to honoring all unexpired tickets with remaining days, Joseph. Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you're ready to book your theme park reservations and start Disney dreaming. My family booked a
Capture Your Moment session at Magic Kingdom Park during our most recent visit and the pictures we have of our kids smiling up at their grandparents in front of Cinderella Castle are truly priceless.
As you take your next planning steps, Joseph, you've got a friend in planDisney!
Choose magic,
Jennifer
