I just found out about the Brunch at 1900 Park Fare and tried to get a reservation at anytime on the 27th for just my husband and I. Shocked there was no availability--anyway the two of us could get in or do you know how I can get information of new things

    Hello, Barbara,

I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't get a reservation at 1900 Park Fare, but please don't give up.  I'd encourage you to check every so often to see if anything has opened up. I've been quite lucky in securing reservations by doing this and have even found them within 24-48 hours of the day I had hoped to dine.

You can also opt to just stop by the restaurant on the morning of the 27th to see if there would be any last-minute availability.  The nice thing is that there are other nearby dining options if it wouldn't work out.  My family really likes both the Grand Floridian Cafe and The Wave...of American Flavors, which is just a short monorail ride away at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We've been able to walk up to both of these restaurants without reservations and found a table.

To follow news about Disney dining, I visit the Disney Parks Blog regularly for updates.  I also really like the independent website The Disney Food Blog (disneyfoodblog.com).

I'm sending your some virtual pixie dust that you'll be dining at 1900 Park Fare soon!  Please let us know if you have any further questions. -Kara
