I just found out that there will be a 50th Anniversary Celebration for "It's a Small World" on April 10, 2014. My family and I will be at Disney World, but not at the Magic Kingdom. Is there anyway we can still be part of the celebration, and how

Hello Tanya and thanks for bringing such an interesting question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
In my opinion it's a small world is the most endearing Attraction not only at Walt Disney World Resort but on the entire face of the planet. In fact I'd go as far as saying that any Disney trip is incomplete without hopping aboard the happiest cruise that ever sailed!
If like me you aren't able to be at the Magic Kingdom Park on 10th April 2014 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the it's a small world Attraction you might like to take a peek at the Disney Parks Blog or SmallWorld50.com for some really global celebratory ideas. Why not add your voice to the Global Sing-Along Celebration or create a virtual it's a small world doll to share online with friends and family both near and far - for each one The Walt Disney Company will make a $1 donation to UNISEF;  which means that just by having fun you are making a difference.
Whilst at Walt Disney World Resort you may also like to purchase souvenir Disney Trading Pins commemorating this happy event; some of which are limited editions.
    Have a great Disney day.
