I have 3 foster kids and I want to visit WDW 4 months from now, but I don't know if I'm going to have these same kiddos 4 months from now. Can I change the names on the tickets if I have different foster children by the time of my visit?

    Hi Tracy,

Welcome to planDisney! I want to first thank you for stepping in to be a foster mom. And I am so excited that you are planning to bring your foster children to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

First, I hope you have created a My Disney Experience account. Once you create that account, you can create profiles for family members in your My Family & Friends List and you can elect to manage those profiles. When you manage a profile in My Disney Experience, you can make reservations for that Guest. This past year, I had to create a profile for my husband so that I could manage his plans. I suggest that you create a profile for each of your children. When you purchase those tickets, you can assign them to a set of children. If you get another set of children to foster prior to your visit, you should be able to reassign unused tickets to the new children.

Once you have tickets linked and assigned in your My Disney Experience account, be sure to check the theme park reservation availability calendar and make Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone in your party who has valid theme park admission. Looking at the date of your visit, I would also suggest that you consider a vacation package with a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and theme park tickets. Even if you stay just a few nights, the kids will get fully immersed in the magic and you can spend some quality time at the resort hotel.

Tracy, plan what you can this far in advance and then just reassign those unused tickets when you know which young Jedi will be traveling with you. Also take a look at Disney Genie service and keep an eye on updates for The World's Most Magical Celebration. Happy Planning!

    Magic and memories,
