    We are very fortunate that we get to experience WDW every year or so. We tend to dine at the same places every time. Can you offer some unique places (table service) for a family of 4 including 2 very picky kids?

    It's hard not to go back to the restaurants that help you create a wonderful memory, but I encourage you to follow your plan to make a new memory. 

    If you have picky kids, I encourage guests to consider a buffet where there is more variety. Biergarten offers a meat-and-potatoes buffet that includes some international flavors but doesn't surprise you like the lunch buffet at Akershus. Best of all, its Oktoberfest atmosphere complete with the Chicken dance, is sure to leave you with some great memories.

    T-Rex and Rainforest Cafe boast extensive menus both for children and adults--it's hard not to find something to appease a kid's palate. Some of its best offerings sit on its appetizer menu and for almost the price of a child's entree, provide a tastier value. What I call their "animatronics" come to life in the restaurant to break up the evening.

    Wanna have a unique dining experience outside the parks without breaking the bank? Consider a progressive dinner to visit the Contemporary, the Grand Floridian and Polynesian resorts' counter service restaurants. Take the boat launch from the Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian and head to Gasparilla Island for an appetizer of sushi or to share one of their delicious flatbreads. From there, hop on the monorail to the Contemporary's Contempo Cafe. Although they offer flatbreads, too, they've changed their crust, so on my last visit we opted for the Lobster Roll and the Italian Stacked Sandwich. The fun part about ordering is its touch-screen. Kids love that. Make your last stop at the Polynesian's new Pineapple Lanai. Located outside off the lobby, end your evening with a pineapple float or for the picky eaters, an ice cream bar from nearby Captain Hook's right around the corner.  Stay for the fireworks and Electric Water Pageant from the marina or simply take the monorail back to the Magic Kingdom.
