Fort Wilderness There are 6 of us. Hwvr, 2 people will only need 3day tickets while the other 4 need 6day tickets. To book a package everyone gets the same days. If I book a 7night stay with 3day ticket, will I be able to add days to just the 4 people?

    Hi Barbara,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad that you returned with another vacation question for us. How exciting to be planning your next vacation at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Just like Russell, my favorite Wilderness Explorer, states in the movie Up, “The wilderness must be explored!” and I am happy to help you explore the vacation booking options for your party of six.

The first option would be to book your Walt Disney World Resort stay separately from your theme park tickets. That way you could purchase the exact amount of days needed for each member in your party. You could then link the tickets under each guest in My Disney Experience to manage FastPass+ selections, which open 60 days prior to your arrival. Another option that you have is to book the vacation package with only 3-day theme park tickets for everyone in your party, upgrading the individual tickets for the additional days upon check-in. Waiting to upgrade the tickets upon arrival does mean that you will not be able to make FastPass+ reservations for the additional three days until you have checked-in at your resort.

“A wilderness explorer is a friend to all, be a plant or fish, or tiny mole!” As your friends here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we hope that you will stop back by any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
