Do Fort Wilderness lodge club access rooms have a fireworks view?

    Hi Karen! Welcome to planDisney!

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is just such a beautiful resort. It gives me chills each time I step into that gorgeous lobby. The resort is so close to Magic Kingdom Park, yet it feels so far. It can often truly feel like you're in the American Northwest. Plus, I love all the room options that are there. There are Club Level rooms like the ones you're interested in and two Disney Vacation Club sections: Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, which can be booked by anyone, not just Disney Vacation Club members. And you better believe that those Copper Creek Cabins are on my bucket list!

At the current time, the rooms with Club Level Access are not categorized as "Fireworks View." As such, while there may be some rooms that give you a glimpse of the fireworks, it's not guaranteed and you will not have a direct view of the fireworks from Magic Kingdom Park. However, you can usually catch views of the fireworks from this nighttime spectacular from the balcony of the Old Faithful Club concierge lounge, which you'd have access to if you book a room with Club Level Access. There are also other areas of the resort that you can visit during your stay to see views of the Happily Ever After fireworks.

Of course, my favorite spot involves food and that's near Geyser Point Bar & Grill, which you should definitely check out during your stay. Another place is the boat dock where you can catch the boat to Magic Kingdom Park. If you're up for a challenge, you could always try to time it right and travel either to or from Magic Kingdom Park on one of the resort boats while the fireworks are happening. Could you imagine pulling up to or away from the boat dock at Magic Kingdom Park while the fireworks are lighting up the sky? Talk about magical!

While the theming of this resort sometimes gets in the way of fireworks viewing because of the tall trees and, well, wilderness, there may be times when you're walking around the grounds and you catch a surprise glimpse of the fireworks. And there's just something special about a magical surprise like that!

Karen, I hope you enjoy your stay at the resort and all of the benefits that come with a concierge-level room! If you have any other questions, I'm happy to help!

This here's the wildest ride in the wilderness,
    Matt
