At Fort Wilderness the Horse Drawn Carriage ride, will the christmas decorations be up on Nov 2013. And as long as you tranfer a person in a wheelchair can ride right!

    Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  I absolutely love visiting Walt Disney World Resort at this time of year, the decorations are absolutely stunning!  Typically, holiday decorations usually begin to appear early November, almost right after the last date for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.  The decorations do appear in stages, and very quickly.  In my experience, I have found the property to be completely decorated by the second week of November.

For the Horse Drawn Carriage Rides at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort everyone is able to enjoy the experience, as long as guests are able to transfer to the carriage from their wheelchairs.

I hope you enjoy Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season Cheryl.  Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be happy to help.
