There is so much new information trotting around these days, and it can be tricky to lasso in exactly what you need. I checked in with some helpful ranch hands who shared with me that at the current time, the Guest Services windows at the theme parks are not able to sell or upgrade theme park admission. You can still renew your
Annual Pass on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, but to upgrade, you'll want to call the Passholder helpline at (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277. Once your pass turns gold, you are free to giddyup and go! Just be sure to use the new
Disney Park Pass System to reserve your theme park days in advance.
