    Does all forms of transportation including the boat from Port New Orleans French Quarter leave early when there are Xtra magic hours

    Hi Sheri,

    The Sassagoula Riverboat does not follow the Extra Magic Hours schedule for earlier operating hours. Since Downtown Disney is not a transportation hub to the theme parks, there is no need to begin the boats early in the morning or keep them running extra late. Service runs most of the year between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Hours can vary so be sure to check the latest schedule upon arrival at WDW.

    The riverboat serves as transportation for resort guests to and from Downtown Disney. When staying at Port Orleans French Quarter or Port Orleans Riverside, this is a fun mode of transportation!
