Is there a form online to create itineraries and log reservation times and confirmation numbers etc when planning our trip?

    Hi, Jan!

I truly believe we could be long lost twins!  I love to have forms and spreadsheets and have everything mapped out and planned for my Walt Disney World vacations.

There are no "fill in the blank" worksheets on the WDW website.  What you can find will be all your dining reservations along with your resort information under the "My Reservations" tab on the home page of

I am a big fan of using Excel spreadsheets.  I like to include park hours, my dining reservations, any appointments (spa, kids clubs, etc.) and I also make note of parade and fireworks schedules.  Included on this I will note my flight numbers/times, and phone numbers to my resort, my airline, Magical Express, and any other phone numbers that I think I might need on my vacation.

It will take a bit of time to get all this information on one page, but boy is it worth it to have all you need on one document.  I make a few copies to share with my hubby and also to keep and extra in case I misplace mine.

I hope this helps!  Good luck getting everything organized and ready to go.   Your magical vacation awaits!
