What form do I need to print out to check in on line

Ahoy there, Richard. Welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. I’m so excited you’ll be sailing on a Disney cruise next month! It is time for the final countdown and get ready to check in online.

As you get ready for the online check-in process, be sure to gather these essentials: a photo of your government issued travel documentation, a simple headshot photo of you in front of a plain background from the shoulders up, the contact information, address, emergency contact information, as well as travel plans before and after your cruise. Based on the date you listed for your arrival day, it looks like you’ll be doing a closed loop cruise from Port Canaveral. For round-trip cruises from the U.S., a valid U.S. passport will suffice. You can scan a photo or take a picture of the photo page of the passport for everyone in your travel party. If you don’t have a passport, you can take a photo of a state-issued birth certificate AND a photo of a government-issued photo ID. For children under 15 years of age without a passport, you can use a photo of their birth certificate without a government-issued photo ID. [Of note, please be sure to bring original documentation for check-in at the cruise terminal on Embarkation Day; photocopies will not be accepted.]

You will also need payment information for your Onboard Account, using a credit or debit card or you can select the option to pay with cash. Additionally, during online check-in, you can also register your child(ren) between the ages of 3 and 10 for Disney’s Oceaneer Youth Club. If you will be traveling with minors under 17 and you’re not the parent or legal guardian, a signed Authorization for Minor to Travel Without a Parent or Legal Guardian will need to be completed and brought with you to the port on Embarkation Day.

When you’re done inputting all the vital information, you get to select a Port Arrival Time. You will receive a Port Arrival Form which print and you will bring with you to the port, or save it on your phone to show at check-in.

I hope this information is helpful for you, Richard, as you get ready for a magical sailing! If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to sail by planDisney again.

Hope to SEA ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
