Welcome back to planDisney, Angela!
Of the many benefits of being a Guest at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your stay, such as
complimentary transportation, unique resort theming,
Early Theme Park Entry,
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours (for Deluxe Resort Guests), and proximity to the parks, the convenience of being able to order snacks or groceries to be delivered to your resort for the day of my arrival (or anytime), is one of the best.
Depending on the resort you chose and the room category you booked, you will have anything from a beverage cooler to a full refrigerator, so it is essential to know what you have to plan your order accordingly. To see what will be available, head back to your resort website, click the Room Rates tab, find the room category you booked, and click the View Amenities drop-down. There, you will see if you have a beverage cooler (ideal for keeping drinks cool), a small refrigerator (great for staple items), or a full-size refrigerator (to make you feel right at home)!
My family likes to enjoy visits to The Most Magical Place On Earth, and book stays in one of the
Deluxe Villas so we can enjoy the amenities of the kitchenette. We order items for breakfasts on the go each morning and some snacks to pack for afternoons and evenings in the park. The best part? You don’t have to be there for delivery (unless something ordered requires age verification). A Cast Member at Bell Services will accept the delivery and store them for you (even placing the perishable items in a refrigerator).
To ensure a smooth delivery of the items you cannot live without, you will want to look up the resort address by clicking on the Overview tab of the resort website. You will see a Map and Hotel Address on the right side of the screen. Use this information and the following format:
Name: “Guest” followed by the full name on the reservation
Disney Resort Name
Disney Resort Address
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 - (four extra identifying digits)
Since you’re planning on an arrival day delivery, I suggest you set the delivery window to be as close to check-in (4 PM) as possible so you don’t need to have your items stored at Bell Services for too long.
I hope this helps, and I hope you enjoy your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort visit.
