Hiya Victoria,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question! How exciting that you will be visiting Disney World next year. Before you know it, you'll be strolling through Hollywood Studios with so many delicious treats and refreshing beverages in hand.
So, let's dive right into your question. To purchase an alcoholic beverage in Disney World, you must present v
alid proof of identification. For Guests visiting from outside of the United States, Disney requires both a valid passport and another form of government-issued photo identification from your country of origin.
If you prefer not to carry your passport around the parks all day, Disney allows Guests to present a copy of their passport, either a paper copy or one stored on a mobile device. Just be sure to also have a government-issued photo ID that matches the information on the passport copy, as international Guests are required to present both forms of identification to verify age and identity.
And since we're talking about drinks, I have to share one of my personal Disney favorites! While visiting
Animal Kingdom, be sure to stop by
Pongu Pongu in Pandora and try the
Rum Blossom. It's made with rum layered with apple and desert pear limeade and topped with boba balls. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it's also incredibly refreshing on a warm, sunny Florida day. It's become one of my must-have Disney treats every time I visit Pandora.
Victoria, I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
