    I forgot to update my address. Is there anyway for me to receive my magnets that I did not get? I’m really distraught about it and the post office said there was nothing sent back.

    Sierra, I absolutely feel your pain. Last year, I remember squealing with excitement when I heard that Orange Bird Annual Passholder magnets were being mailed out to Passholders. I mean, I love Orange Bird, so this was so exciting! Then, I realized that I had forgotten to update my new address on my My Disney Experience account, and I was so bummed. I hate to hear that you've done the same thing and are feeling that same sadness over the adorable new Minnie Mouse magnet, but let's chat about your options, friend.

    First, if you haven't done it already, go update your address on your My Disney Experience account. To do so, log into your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app. Click or tap your Profile and then "Account Settings." Here, you can edit and update your new billing and shipping address. I recommend doing this as soon as possible, and I'll be wishing upon a star that a Passholder magnet is sent to you very soon!

    Next, I recommend calling a helpful Cast Member with the Annual Passholders line at (407) 560-7277 to explain your situation and see if there is anything that can be done. In my experience, I was too late, and I missed out on that magnet (sniff, sniff), but it never hurts to ask. Wishing you tons of pixie dust!

    If you aren't able to get this round of Passholder magnets, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" Another adorable option may eventually be sent out, and there are still so many perks and benefits of being in the Passholder family. And let's be honest ... The greatest perk is getting to return to the magic again and again. See you in the parks, Sierra!
