I forgot to make theme park ticket purchase and reservations for someone in my group and there is no availability to theme park. What can I do?

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to planDisney, Antoinette. We're so glad to see you again! It looks like the Walt Disney World Resort vacation that you've been planning for months is just about to begin. How exciting!

I'm sure you might be panicking about the Theme Park Reservations you need, but don't. I have a few solutions! Hopefully, one will work.

Looking at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, it does look like there's limited availability in the two weeks ahead. The holiday season is a very popular time to visit the theme parks! I just logged in to my My Disney Experience account to try and make Theme Park Reservations for myself next week, and I was able to for my single ticket. That was true even for theme parks that showed no availability on the general calendar. It's certainly possible that you may find Theme Park Reservation availability for one Guest if you access the Disney Park Pass System from your My Disney Experience account. Too, availability is subject to change at any time. You may not see availability one day and then find availability the next! You never know when someone's canceled plans may mean new plans for the Guest you're missing Theme Park Reservations for.

Another solution would be to add the Park Hopper Option to the Theme Park Ticket you still need to buy. It looks like there's availability for at least one theme park every day next week. With the Park Hopper Option, the Guest you need to add can book a Theme Park Reservation at whatever park has availability for the day. Then, beginning at 2:00 PM, they can leave that theme park and "hop" on over to the theme park where the rest of your travel party is.

If all else fails, be sure to make some plans outside of the theme parks. The holiday season means there's lots of fa-la-la-la-fabulous fun to be had throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including holly jolly happenings at Disney Resorts Collection hotels and Disney Springs

I hope this was helpful, Antoinette. I'm wishing you and your family a magical (and merry) Disney vacation!
