Hi Richard! Thank you so much for stopping by
planDisney with your question. Don't worry, because this happens far more often than you might think. The good news is that there are a couple of very easy ways to get your reservation number back without any stress.
The first thing I suggest is doing a quick search through your inbox for your original confirmation email from Disney Destinations. That email is usually sent right after booking and contains your reservation number along with all the important details about your stay. Try searching keywords like “Disney Destinations,” “Walt Disney World,” or even the name of your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. It's often hiding in a folder we don't check very often.
If you're unable to track it down that way, no problem at all! That's when it's time to reach out directly to the
Walt Disney World Resort help center. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you retrieve your reservation. When you call, it's a good idea to have a few details handy, just in case. This can include the name on the reservation, your travel dates, the resort you booked, the number of Guests in your party, and, if possible, the credit card that was originally used to make the reservation. Having those details nearby might help them locate everything faster.
Please rest assured that Cast Members are incredibly experienced with situations like this and will truly do their very best to track down your booking. Once they find it, they can also help you link the reservation to your
My Disney Experience account so everything is easy to access moving forward.
Richard, I hope this gives you peace of mind as you continue planning your trip. You're never alone in this process, and with a quick email search or phone call, you'll have that reservation number back in no time at all. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us here at planDisney. Happy New Year!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
