Ally from VA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I forgot to reschedule my ticket dates and the starting date is today. Will I still be able to reschedule my unused tickets?

Hey Howdy Hey Ally and welcome to planDisney!

One of the many benefits of purchasing tickets and vacation packages for Walt Disney World Resort is how easy it is to make changes to your purchase as well as the flexibility of when and how to use things such as your Theme Park Tickets. You should easily be able to do most of these things so let's go through trying to make these changes from your My Disney Experience account

Once you log on, you will go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. At the top of this section, you should see options for "Daily Itinerary" and "Tickets and Memory Maker". Click on the "Tickets and Memory Maker" tab and you should still see your tickets loaded in this area. If you click on the ticket, you should be able to make changes to when you would like to use them. Just note, if the price you paid for your ticket is less than when you want to rebook your ticket, you will be charged the price difference. All tickets come with expiration dates on them and typically after this date passes, these tickets will no longer show up on your My Disney Experience account. If this is the case or you just do not see your tickets anymore on your account, you can always call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be able to help you rebook these dates. Disney has usually been able to apply any price you paid to an unused ticket towards the purchase of a new one, so don't worry, either way, you should still be able to change and get credit for the ticket you did not use.

I hope this information is helpful and good luck with your continued planning for your next trip.  if you have any further questions let us know, we love talking about all things Disney!

    Happy planning,
