I am delighted to see you stopping by with a great question. If you still have access to those photos in your
My Disney Experience account, you should be able to order them. Just log into My Disney Experience and click on My Photos. If you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the app, click on the three bars at the bottom of the screen and then click on Photos. Review the
Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions and, if you are missing photos, you can
report those missing photos by phone or online.
Since your photos do have an expiration date, I recommend that you purchase them as soon as possible. We prefer to download digital copies of our photos although we have occasionally printed some. I also have had success finding lost photos by reporting them missing. Normally, I make those reports at a
Disney PhotoPass location when we are in the parks but I have also reported missing photos by phone and online.
Latasha, I am sending a little extra PhotoPass pixie dust your way hoping you are able to access those photos. Disney memories are the best. I still have photos from our first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with our girls 10 years ago. Those photos always bring back the magic of that first visit for me!
