First of all, I recommend placing a call to the Walt Disney Travel Company to inquire about
updating your Vacation Package. Depending on circumstances, a Cast Member on the phone line may be able to help sort out your existing reservation. You will also want to check the specific terms and conditions listed in your
Vacation Package confirmation email. Typically, the remaining balance is due by 30 days prior to arrival. The refund policy is also listed in your confirmation email. For any allowable refund that is not automatically processed, you will need to submit a written request to the Walt Disney Travel Company. In some cases, a processing fee may apply.
