Hello and welcome to planDisney, Rosemary! We are all hands on deck, ready to answer your Disney Cruise Line questions.
As my friends Timon and Pumbaa would say, “Hakuna matata!” It means no worries, my friend. I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten our
Disney's Oceaneer Club password by the time we embarked. I promise you that your children will not be stuck in the clubs. Although, based on experience, that’s exactly what they might wish for.
On the
Disney Cruise Line website, navigate to your reservation and look for the green check mark next to “You’re Checked In!” You’ll see some blue text that says “Modify Check In.” Go back to “Traveling with Children,” and you can update your password.
Another option is to change your password on the ship. When exploring the ship on the first day, stop by the youth clubs during
Open House hours to meet the counselors. They will scan your children’s band and review the information you entered during online check-in. They are happy to change your password at this time.
I hope this helps, Rosemary, as you finalize your
packing list. If you have any further questions, make a stop back at planDisney. My fellow panelists and I love to help our fellow Guests make magical memories.
SEAS the adventure!
