MagicBand situation.
If the deleted account was not yours but rather an account on which you were a managed guest, you might still be able to salvage your profile and MagicBand. Could you be listed as a guest on someone else's My Disney Experience Family & Friends List? If you are, have them check to see if you and your MagicBand still appear in their account. If you still have an account of your own, also check to see if your MagicBand is still listed under the My MagicBands and Cards section of My Disney Experience.
Alternatively, if your Disney account was deleted, you must
call the friendly folks at My Disney Experience to see if your MagicBand can be connected to your new profile. MagicBands cannot be transferred to matched to a different guest once initially linked, but it's still worth checking with a Cast Member to see if you can still use your MagicBand, but with a new associated e-mail address.
