Hello, I forgot to ask for a pack n play when I reserved, is it possible to add it now ?

Hey Howdy ey Sandra and welcome to planDisney!

Walt Disney World Resort is a place truly made for the whole family to enjoy. From attractions that the whole family can experience, Disney Resorts Collection hotels with accommodations for everyone and even the amenities, Disney has thought of everything a family would need to make these vacations extra Magical! Thank you for your question on Pack 'n Plays for your upcoming vacation. I will be happy to give you more information on getting one for your upcoming vacation.

You have it right Sandra, Disney does offer complimentary cribs and Pack 'n Plays for Guests during their stay at a Disney Resort. These are given on a first-come, first-served basis. You can include a request when making your reservation or at check-in on the date of your arrival. Sometimes, you may even be able to call Disney and speak with a Cast Member about your request. Sometimes they may have a little pixie dust to add to your reservation to make it more likely for you to get one. Just remember, Cast Members do the best they can to accommodate all requests but they may be limited due to quantity.

While the resorts do have so many amenities available for families during their vacation, the resources are not limited to the resorts alone! During your day in the parks, you want to make sure you are aware of the Baby Care Centers. These are located in each Theme Park and are places great for little ones. These places will have space for nursing mothers, feeding little ones in general and things such as diapers and wipes available for purchase if needed. This location came in huge for one of our trips where I forgot my daughter's pacifier at the resort. Thankfully they sold the exact brand she used and we were able to manage in the parks without making a trip back to our room!

I hope this information helps to better plan for your upcoming vacation. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out and let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
