International runners/guests are absolutely allowed! In fact, the runDisney race series has a large pool of international guests in attendance at every race they offer - so worries about that!
Price increases vary per year, so it's hard to say exactly what the 2017 Disney Princess Half Marathon will cost. Here is a list of prices for the Disney Princess Half Marathon over the past few years, so you can get an idea of the general increases:
2014 Disney Princess Half Marathon: $160.00 U.S
2015 Disney Princess Half Marathon: $170.00 U.S
2016 Disney Princess Half Marathon: $175.00 U.S
As you can see it's a manageable increase each year, with $10.00 U.S dollars being the highest increase recently.
